Head of the International Economic Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan
Maksat Charyyev was born on October 13, 1978, Turkmenistan, Mary province. In 2002 graduated Magtymguly Turkmen State University, International business and management faculty. From 2002 to 2003 he worked as a teacher at the Faculty of International Economics of the Turkmen State University named after Makhtumkuli.Between 2003-2005 served as First Secretary Embassy of Turkmenistan in Berlin, Germany. From 2005 to 2013 worked as the first secretary of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Paris, France. From 2013 to 2019, he was a senior economist at the Department of Economic Analysis and Financing of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. Starting from 2019 to the present, he is the head of the Department of International Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
